Zazzle cancelled orders why
That order was also cancelled a few days after placing it for the same reason. I was going to order from CafePress because I had a positive experience with them, but they don't let you customize designs to suit your needs.
I decided to try Zazzle once more and as before my order was cancelled a couple of days later. This time I decided to contest it and I'm not sure why I hadn't thought to do so before.
I sent this to their content review team, Hello Content Review team, I am deeply disturbed that my order was cancelled given that the only logo present is the logo of my religious organization which is neither copyrighted nor licensed in any way.
I received this response, Zazzle wrote: We would love to produce all designs submitted, however Zazzle prides itself on upholding all intellectual property rights as well as our own content guidelines and copyright policies. At this point I was pretty fed up with the laziness on their part. They did not even bother to actually review the design of my order so I let them know what I thought, Hello Content Review team, Again I say to you, nothing on the order contained anything in reference to anything licensed.
When they got back to me they said they would allow me to order the item I had selected again and this time it would go through unabated, but frankly I'm no longer inclined to order from Zazzle and I would ask that the Temple discuss and consider the possibility of removing our presence from their site altogether. It's bad enough that the products are rather expensive due to their customization and that the Temple gets such a tiny percentage of the money from our orders, but the fact that they don't bother to actually to do due diligence to actually reviewing content when they say they've reviewed it and make us fight for it is kinda awful.
They haven't really done anything to merit our continued patronage. Zephyrus Offline Guest. Less More Posts: I am made of star dust The Troubador Unknown trajectory.

Great article! I have had my share of orders that have gone pink but some of them do get replaced so thats good. I placed an order for some labels yesterday, and 1 hour and 10 minutes later I contacted them to make a simple change. Apparently my only option is to wait for it to arrive and return to. Then they will generously provide me with a credit, but not a refund of my money.
