I SO want that slaghammer Being so close to a contested area I'd hate to get ganked when trying to lvl in this instance. My friend warrior and I hunter loved this place from and got there with no problems with Horde in The Barrens. It was the Horde that had the problems since they crossed to path of several allies around their level.

Our biggest problem was running through Dustwallow Marsh with monsters constantly attacking us on the road. You just have to make sure to pick them off one at a time, or ya get ganked. Maybe 4 at a time at the most. I am expecting to come out of this with about 20 g to deposit into my guild bank, and that's after cashing all of the drops I wont use in.

Comment by Ok, a little warning. I managed to jump on a couldren near Roogug and fell over the edge. I ended up in a big grey pit covered in thorns. It was huge and i couldn't find a way out. Ended up hearthstoning out of the place.

I'm not that good but just had a really sweet tactic I'm very proud. Just keep mend pet ticking over while having aspect of the viper enabled, don't over aggro and it can be done. Even did the escort quest and got Corpsemaker :. In the mid 40 levels I was having difficulty with money, so I tried running some low level instances for the cash. I found out that you can make 10gg per run on this instance from the money drops and from just selling everything that drops to the vendor I know some of it could have been put on the AH, but I was impatient :D.

As a pally, AOE pulling this place did not take long, and I was raking in the cash. It is a great place to make money, and if you are a pally with fairly good gear I highly recommend AOE pulling it a couple times for the cash.

Comment by DarkShado Ok Blizzard is being really sneaky now. In Razorfen Kraul there is a big pot which you used to be able to go up on top of and dance and stand on as of Cata now if you go up there you will fall in the pot.

This pot that i am talking about in the Razorfen Kraul Instance is located at 50, There is even still a ramp leading up to it like it was before.

Prior to Cataclysm you used to be able to stand on it with out falling in. There is no way out of it either the only way out is to use your hearth stone. Comment by I just solo'd this with my hunter using Ghamoo-ra as a tank. I was level 48, which I guess may be considered kind of high, but I'm new to WoW and this being my first toon I was pretty excited, especially since I've never run this instance. Even at 48 I picked up a couple of nice blue drops that I am able to use.

There's a named elite 1 of 4, but can't remember his name, he's in a corral to the right of the entrance that nearly caused me to wipe. I dropped a frost trap, hit him with a concussive shot, and sent my turtle in and immediately hit mend pet so I could try and keep that up. I managed to draw aggro from one of his boars and feigned death, but I'm still a tard and accidentally hit one of my keys and cancelled it immediately so the boar came right back at me.

I started kiting him, but then forgot about mend pet and let my turtle die as I finished the boar off and then had the other boar and the named elite after me. I was down to health when I finally revived my pet and nearly crapped myself. By this time feign death was available again so I threw another mend pet on and then FD. I was sweating bullets, but I made it. After that dumbass mistake I tried switching tactics slightly and it paid off.

It was definitely a learning experience, but I did it and I learned some great strategies in the process. I'm not claiming any feat of greatness, but for my first solo instance and my first time through RFK I think I did really well. I'm looking forward to the next solo run and don't plan on making the same mistakes again. Good luck to anyone else that wants to try it.
